Proximity to Grand Place, Self-catering facilities, Cultural and artistic environment
Lack of daily housekeeping could use serious attention!!! Minor maintenance issues like low water pressure and poor fridge performance were frustrating!!! Consider upgrading the outdated kitchen utensils for a better guest experience!!!

missingWrote a review on Aug 14kitchenette conveniencegreat locationdated bathroom
The studio’s kitchenette proves handy for solo travelers needing light meals, with basic utensils available. Plus, the hotel’s location offers easy access to the cultural spots and local supermarkets, making it a breeze to explore the area.
While the studio serves its purpose, the atmosphere feels somewhat functional rather than inviting. I noticed the bathroom, strictly a bathtub with dated fixtures, could definitely use a revamp. On top of that, there’s a persistent odd smell in common areas, which isn’t the most pleasant welcome. Though the room itself was fine, the lack of daily housekeeping during my stay became taxing, with trash piling up sooner than expected. With the AC out of working order, warmer days might lead to an uncomfortable night’s sleep, too.

I loved the location right by the lively square with lots of food shops and restaurants just around the corner. Easy metro access made getting around a breeze. The staff greeted me warmly and were very helpful whenever I needed assistance. The room felt spacious, especially with the kitchenette that had everything I needed to cook the little meals I wanted. The view from my window was lovely, and I appreciated the quiet comfort of my studio. However, I faced some issues during my stay. The lack of air conditioning made the heat unbearable at times, especially since it was summer. I struggled with some noise from the street below, especially during the night. The shower pressure was quite low, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower. Also, the cleaning policy surprised me since I had to request housekeeping every day instead of it being automatic. A little more attention to these details would make a significant difference.

Just a nice choice for a whistle-stop in Brussels with exceptional value. The reception was kind and arranged for us a quiet room facing the backyard. Tip, Request a room away from the street if you prefer peace.

The apartment was in a prime location near a beautiful canal and surrounded by great cafes. It had a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchenware. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, too.
